The Zoev House consists of a couple of old villas built in 1871, which have been declared national cultural monuments. The villas are located in a quiet and secluded location. They share a common cobblestone yard and a beautiful garden.

Each of the villas has its own rest place or living room equipped with a satellite TV, a work desk and a dining area.
A common kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge, kitchenware and cutlery is located in one of the villas. The villas provide all conveniences for a perfect and relaxing holiday.
